By accessing and using the Griffins Grading website, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions set out within this agreement. In addition, when using these our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to there services. Any participation in the using of our services will constitute acceptance and compliance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out on this page, then please do not use this service.
Griffins Grading does collect some of your personal information. This includes information such as full name, address details, contact details (including email address and contact phone number).We store and use this information to provide the user of our services with a personal experience. Although the information gathered is also necessary for full accuracy when completing orders and transactions. Griffins Grading and its services and components are offered for informational purposes only; Griffins Grading will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy or availability of any information submitted or made available via the website, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error's in the information that you (the user) provides us while submitting. Griffins Grading will not share and / or sell any personal data collected from you (our customers/clients) and is kept securely for on-site use only.
Griffins Grading offers card payments via SquareUp, Bank transfer and hopefully soon Klarna on the website and invoices (details provided). This means all members whether buying or selling are solely responsible for choosing their payment method and should only use the services if they can safely afford to do so.
If you are unable to make payment for whatever reason then you are responsible to contact us as soon as possible. Failure to do so and resulting in a late payment - could incur a 5% surcharge.
If no payment is made and no contact has been established then this will be treated as non-payment. If a non-payment occurs then Griffins Grading reserve the right to sell the assets in their entirety at our discretion to cover any and all costs incurred by Griffins Grading for your submission.
PSA / CGC Grading Services
Payments are made directly to Griffins Grading either by Card, Bank Transfer, SquareUp or hopefully soon Klarna. There is no account between the payment sent by yourself and Griffins Grading.
When using the Klarna service – Klarna will directly pay Griffins Grading and you will be responsible to pay Klarna as well as abide by the terms and conditions set out on their website and at the point of sale.
Items graded via the Griffins Grading - grading service will be the responsibility of Griffins Grading from the moment the card / cards arrive at Griffins Grading and will remain our responsibility until delivery is confirmed by PSA / CGC.
Once the card('s) are with PSA/CGC the card('s) become their responsibility until the point the items are shipped back to Griffins Grading.
Griffins Grading will still be your point of contact for these services and will be responsible for communication between both parties.
Once the card('s) leave PSA / CGC to be return shipped to us here in the UK – they then become the responsibility of Griffins Grading again and will continue to be our responsibility until returned to our customers.
Griffins Grading will not be held responsible for late arrival or late delivery of your item(s).
In the rare event your item('s) is delayed or lost you are required to wait the full-recommended postage time before yourself of Griffins Grading can attempt to make a claim. The postage claim times can be found on the Parcel Force, Royal Mail, Fedex and the United States Postal Service websites. Typically you are expected to wait 30 days after alleged delivery of your item(s).
Notification of Changes
Griffins Grading reserves the right to adapt and change these terms and conditions from time to time as and when it sees fit to do so.
Continuing to use the website will signify your acceptance and compliance of any and all adjustment to these terms and conditions.
If / when there are any changes made to our terms and conditions, we will announce that these changes have been made via the blog section on our website. Therefore it is important that you check this section when accessing the website for all the latest news and updates to our services and/or policies. Additionally if there are any changes in how Griffins Grading use our website's customers' Personally Information, notification will be made via email or using the email address provided to us by yourself. Again Griffins Grading will not be held responsible for any errors from data you have provided. This will be sent to those affected by any change. Any changes to our terms, conditions and policies will be announced 48 hours prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
All card('s) are fully insured from the moment they arrive with us to the moment they return to you. Whilst with us the cards are covered by the shops business insurance. While in transit we provide third party insurance on the packages to the value of the contents. Whilst in the hands of PSA / CGC card('s) are covered by PSA / CGC. On the return journey they are covered by PSA / Third party insurance for CGC and then finally from us back to you they are covered by Royal Mail. Please note we include return shipping with insurance up to £500 using royal mail special delivery. This is included in the cost of your submissions for both PSA and CGC. If you wish to have additional insurance cover then this can be arranged but Griffins Grading are not responsible for the additional costs – these costs are passed onto the consumer. If you do not wish to add additional insurance at your own costs and in the case of loss and / or damage Griffins Grading will not be held responsible for anything over the £500 cover royal mail supplies if you have decided not to opt for the additional cover.
